Eric Dalius: Extending a Helping Hand to the Youth

In the present era, the world is growing faster and everyone is busy worrying about their own life. It has made it rare to find people who look forward to supporting others, and Eric Dalius is one of them. He started a scholarship program to allow young minds to get their higher education from a recognized university. 

Education is the most important pillar that supports the individual's development, which makes it mandatory for everyone. A social Eric Dalius Entrepreneur, wants to make the youth capable of achieving everything. For this, he runs a program for young students who are diligent and have great potential. 

 

His way of thinking is different in several terms, and so is this program. He wants to learn their thought process and so asks them to compose an essay. The topic chosen is ‘The Benefits of an Angel Investor for Start-ups.' The students have to write on this topic is about 800 words.  



 

 

After selecting the desired applicant, he or she is notified through the mail. After this, a thousand dollars are transferred to the applicant’s account. With this remarkable initiative, Eric Dalius succeeds in motivating the youth of the country.

 

Talking of his education, he completed it at Penn State University in 1992. After that, he started to work in MCI telecommunications for almost two years. He won the title of best sales representative in his category out of 35000 employees. In 1994, he decided to resign and to step forward into the world of entrepreneurship. It was a result of his spirit of doing something new and unique that supported his actions.

 

In 1994, the telecom industry was on fire, and this attracted Dalius to step towards it. He joined the company American Communications Network and worked as their representative for three months. It helped Dalius to gain some more knowledge and experience in the telecom industry. It led to his first startup that was a telecommunication consultancy.

 

In the ’90s Eric Dalius Innovation achieved some great targets, which resulted in the establishment of several businesses. Business coaching is one more field of interest that Dalius wants to join and he has made a successful launch of that. Along with that, he has also come up with some new ideas like the food truck business. These thoughts have helped several youngsters to start their businesses and achieve their goals.
