Education is undeniably a tool that helps the young minds of society to find their way. Following it, Eric Dalius has chosen this area to extend a helping hand to the needy with his initiative. He understands the fact that high-costs of fees can hinder education for many brilliant students. This heavy fee-structure has also been responsible for trapping many people in educational debts. 

 

Eric considers it as an area of concern for everyone, including the government. To understand things well, have strong decision-making capability and awareness, education plays a crucial role in every person’s life.  

 

Following such thoughts and ideology related to education, Eric Dalius initiated Eric J. Dalius Foundation. This institution offers scholarships to meritorious students to prove their academic skills. This grant has proven to pave the way for many students who lack strong financial support for earning their education. 

 

His foundation gives a scholarship of $1,000 to students who are diligent and eligible. The amount acts as financial aid to pursue higher studies through any reputed and recognized university throughout the nation. 

 

The scholarship was designed in such a manner that it delegates skilled and motivated students to attain skills and knowledge for building their way to flourish. The grant is provided each semester by choosing the students based on essay writing. The top for it is “The Benefits of an Angel Investor for Startups,” with a word count of 800 almost. 

 

Along with his philanthropic acts, Dalius also specializes in purchasing real estate properties and refinancing them afterward. He has earned great success in this domain and had nearly 50 properties in a year. He established a membership-based venture widely acclaimed as CORE- Cash Real Estate that earned over 10 million sales easily. 

 

Being an entrepreneur, he is aware of the fact of what opportunities mean to a person who is in need of it. A businessman understands this thing very well by experiencing several ups and downs in their profession. That is why, EricDalius came up with his initiative, which makes him an intriguing person.
